What exactly is a striker spring in a bolt action rifle? -
A400 choke
My go-to field shotgun is an A400. I shoot a Kicks ported IC 0.010” constriction choke for doves. It kills everything as far as a #8 lead pellet can be expected to kill, 0-45 yards or so. If I miss it’s my fault not the gun or choke. But man, I do love the “wrong choke” excuse! -
Anybody want to hear this story?
To the people that voted no: why exactly are you on HT? I can only assume to argue about politics or complain about the rising cost of reloading components / ammo. -

I always travel with a huge duffle that exceeds the L+W+H maximum and have never had to pay for oversized luggage. Is there an option to just pay more for oversized luggage? Or will they not let it on the plane? I’d bring back everything that you can as luggage. If there are any issues then you...- winmag

Agree you shouldn't be able to hunt AND gain a point. Montana allows you to gain points while you're on your 7 year wait after harvesting a ram because you're eligible to draw a ewe bighorn license, which uses the same points. So let's close that loophole while we're at it. The 48 hour closure... -

Among other reasons, I may switch just for the increased velocity ceiling. 3900fps max for the Labradar is useless for 22-250 and 220 Swift. Garmin goes up to 5000fps.- winmag
