Two questions:
Are you are claiming responsibility for the change of practice that resulted in the elimination of random tags for NR moose and sheep tags this year?
If so, was your goal ultimately to help nonresidents by having the preference/random allocation altered? Or something else?
Maybe take your pp money and fund a group trying to change the Wyoming wild/domestic sheep management/conflict reduction plan so that bighorns can return to the... er... Bighorns?
I'm thinking 3-5k bighorns could live there if there weren't any domestics. I made that number up.
I'd like to see wolverines, grizzlies, and bison return, one way or another. Use them to stop habitat loss in Colorado for all species that depend on lower elevation winter range.
Also, you have to hear shrink the carbon poles or you'll lose a lot of voltage. Sometimes current arcs farther than you'd think to get to the inserts too.

You really don't want to be climbing much every day in this terrain, especially if you aren't mountain conditioned. 0.5mph is a solid hiking pace around those parts. You need at least 1 rock solid companion, and preferably 3 of them. You can definitely die on a hunt like...
