You can bring it with you on the plane all the way to your destination (if you live where I think you do).
I had an expediter ship my stuff a few years ago and it cost me a bunch of money, almost $2k total. I could have brought it back for the price of baggage.
Clean and boil the skulls...
I buy bear points for the same reason I buy the trapping license, to inflate the value of those pursuits to the CPW and hopefully the general public. I don't know if that math works out either, but I can also guarantee any September bear tag I want and get rid of those trash pandas in my yard.

See if Keith Manwell is still guiding. He worked for the tribal government, monitoring the OG operations, and was driving around every day and knew the whole place really well. He might be late 60s now, though. Pansy family was legendary in the guiding business there.

Solving point creep is easy - don't allow anyone to buy points ever again. Everyone who gets any tag any way has points set to zero...
I was trying out my pitch to convince non-hunters to vote against this last night. I found that some approaches turned people off entirely because they don't care if I or anyone gets to hunt mountain lions, don't own pets, live where cats live, or aren't as passionate about the outdoors, etc...
I'll start with this donation. I also took time to text 5 people who don't hunt at all (who live in Colorado) and sent them the CPW feline fact sheet, and asked them to vote "no" if it shows up on the ballot. It is really uncomfortable for me to do that, but it matters, so I made it personal.
