Had to reread the whole thread to see if I acknowledged what an impressive hunt you had. I'd say this wasn't was one of those " wait until they rut, shoot one near the road" hunts. Good gawd.
Herculean effort, congratulations on a great ram.

But I will say once a mouse crawled in to my waders and died. Nothing like jamming your foot in to a rotting ,putrid glob. Think I might have hurled.
Need to remember, antelope have their own turf, but doesn't necessarily mean you will see them in one spot all the time.

Local herd near my house moves 3-4 miles in a 3-4 day cycle/loop.
Maybe 25 miles in 6 days of bopping around the unit near my house.
Today's hunt around 5 miles.
I wasn't certain I was going to find a buck under 400 yards the way things were going. Shot this one at 100. Think I better commit to BP next time.🤔
