CO CPW Draw Process Working Group
I personally don't think there are many getting back in the draw after harvesting then waiting 5 years then get back to 3 years worth of points to be eligible in the 9th year since harvest any longer. Many choose desert sheep after killing a Rocky. I voted no on this but was out voted for... -

After a rocky mountain bighorn ram harvest you can apply for desert bighorn or a rocky mountain bighorn ewe. If you apply for a ewe and are not successful you will not be awarded a preference point. Degree slopes for goats???
A 42 degree slope is less than the 12/12 pitch on my steep roof to shed snow. I'm 100% sure every mountain goat I've been on has involved climbing at least a slope that steep or steeper. The last goat stalk and pack out I was on was 789 yards to the where the goat ended up and 1575 vertical...- Sandbrew
