Trout!
A rainbow from a winter session on my local stream and a brown from a lake nearby. Both caught on the elitist fly rig 😏 The rainbow made it out alive, but the brown got the pan.- Mainer207

Yeah I grew up hunting Maine in a lot of wool and layers, but as soon as I got decent gear I realized it can be the difference between enjoying your day in the stand and counting the seconds til you can get down and go back to camp. I’d say it has become number one for me. If I were a western... -

This is a good priority list, but if you hunt out of a treestand in a cold climate than clothing will jump up that list very quickly. -

Who isn't traveling for Turkey season this year?
My trip to Maine to chase gobblers is looking less and less likely. Normally go up to our hunting camp. I worry about the older fellas I hunt with, as I’d be coming from NY. Might consider a solo truck camping trip somewhere though.- Mainer207

As long as you arent posting photos of you and your buddies hugging it out and high-fiving, I say go for it. the idiots I see parking bumper to bumper at angling access spots are what will get outdoor activities shut down.
