When I was 8, I was gifted a single shot 410. It didn’t have an ejector so I had to keep a stick handy to knock the shell out. Also….shooting 410 slugs at deer was not all that effective. I believe we found 1 out of the three I shot. My dad had the keep shooting mentality.
I really like the feel of this rifle but am becoming more of a minimalist in the gun Dept. I figured I should sell it before I got emotionally attached!
I have a never fired Howa 6.5x55 rifle professionally bedded in a bell and Carlson stock with kydex cheek riser. Stock was pulled from another rifle. Rifle will come with scope base, new rcbs dies and shell holder. Asking $650 to your FFL.
I just want to let everyone here know that Legacy Sports customer service is pretty awesome! If you have an issue they will take care of you and I truly believe go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met.
Got it, I will try those next. There are so many options out there....it is really hard to narrow down the next to try. I figured I would get pointed in the right direction here!

Thank you for reaching out! I tried the superformance SSTs and they shot around 2.5 MOA at 100. I was able to get just under MOA with the standard 180 hornady whitetail loads. I was hoping to find a bullet with a little better BC than the soft point. Where do you recommend going from here?

Final update. I heard back from LSI and it looks like they did find a load out of several that would shoot slightly under MOA. The rep was honest and said it was just an "OK" shooter. They polished out the chamber and seemed to fix that issue. I guess what I am saying is the customer service...
