Going to make a long drive from SoCal in 2021. At almost 50 yo never made the trek to the promise land with my dogs. Need to get a few seasons in before its too late. sous vide euro failure
I have had poor results using oxyclean----it took the sheen off the bone and left it somewhat chalky. Anyone else experience this? -

Cheat Grass and dogs?
Cheatgrass is ok, but stay away from foxtails.....pretty sure you are in the foxtails by your description....as others have said.....BAD NEWS- Elmacho

Finn from the Cascades, Season 3
Very nice looking Drahts (?) What kennel is yours from, the older one. It looks on the smaller side. I have two drahts. One is 75lbs---BIG FRAMED GIRL, the other is 40lbs---polar opposites physically. Personally I like the smaller line for upland hunting. Good looking pup you got too....- Elmacho

Persistence Hunting
I seen a guy in Nevada beat me to my target buck. He walked toward the Lope and it ran and waited outside rifle range. Eventually, the lopes calmed down after 5-6 repeats and let the guy get close enough to feel comfortable with the shot and he killed that lope.....not my style though....I was... -

Its amazing to me, that the GWP or Drahthaar can range n looks from GSP to sheepdog and color from mostly white to completely liver.
