I would like to see a stiff FIRST penalty for any trespass, Sunday or not. I stated I could sign on for Sunday hunting if the trespass laws had teeth in PA like other states, was not referring to just Sunday, sorry I did not make that clear. I have stated that with some real strength in our trespass laws, I could support it. I too have hunted out west, they have teeth in their trespass laws. Your vehicle, rifle etc can be confiscated plus you can get a fine and even jail time. Make the crime severe enough that it is a real deterrent...- Two Trax

If PA would put some real teeth in trespass law, I could support it. How about a $3,000 fine and loss of hunting privilege for 3 years for trespass? Certainly people would think twice, especially after a few examples have been made.- Two Trax

Yea I absolutely do not believe just because someone chooses to trespass, they would also automatically break another law by adding hunting on an illegal day to their bad deeds. I DO NOT and NEVER did dictate how others use their land. Those laws were passed by the government, not me...- Two Trax

My guess is that most of the replies supporting it are not landowners. Pa has very weak trespass laws, really nonexistent. Leupold scopes love or hate em?
I have several Leupolds, some with the CDS, they have always worked when I needed them. Did have one in which the ocular lens came loose, it was fixed in a timely manor and has been fine since. I have some other brands and they have been good too. -

New 30-06 barrel???
Add me to the party that had one of those pencil thin barrels that would not shoot. Mine was lucky to hit a 2 inch group. Replaced it with a standard 24 inch stainless take off. I missed the light weight but now gun shoots most loads 1 to 1/2 groups. Still not my most accurate rifle by far but... -

I do not think you need big diesel power to pull under 10,000 pounds, but I also like the way a 3/4 ton truck handles weights approaching 10,000 pounds. Have you considered a 3/4 ton gasser?- Two Trax
