In a random drawing (with or without regular bonus points, squared, or cubed bonus points) there is never a certainty of drawing, and there is no way to predict how the chips will fall until they have fallen, but it is foolish to think that bonus points don’t increase your odds in the MT...- Labman

I would imagine it would depend on how it is implemented. The bill doesn’t specify and leaves it up to FWP to decide from what I gather. Would there be separate 2 week blocks you have to pick from, pick your own, honor system? -
