I am trying to apply but keep getting an error telling me that deer and elk are not available. I have purchased all my licenses. I tried calling the help number with no answer. Anybody else having trouble?- JBS

Spring black bear in the Beartooths?
I have hunted it. If you find green grass that can't be seen from a road with cover nearby there will likely be a bear. The quota fills pretty quickly some years. A good snowpack that keeps forest service roads impassible helps keep the season open longer.- JBS

That is an interesting scenario. The road also appears private. Without corner crossing or a change in legal access to state land (legalizing access from the air) the state section appears inaccessible. Potentially land ownership adjacent to the section could change and permission could be...- JBS

Impulse buying guns
I have impulse purchased one rifle that I planned to take the scope off of and sell. I made the mistake of shooting it as it was set up and it was impressive and really a perfect rifle/scope setup. Public land enrolled in Block Management?
I looked into it and yes some accessible state land is off limits to hunt without signing into block management. The rule is old but I have not heard of it u til this year. BS but legal- JBS
