    The one difference I noticed about the boxes was one said American owned and operated and the other doesn't. I don't know if that makes any difference or not.

    I think a 223 could be effective for doe pronghorns. The only potential question I could see would be the amount of wind drift that the relatively light bullets could experience in the sometimes very windy conditions encountered when hunting pronghorn.

    I have had the Zeiss Conquest 10X42 since 2017 and have been very satisfied with them. I believe they are still available in the $1000 range.

    I have been using one for 5 years in my safe in an uncontrolled environment in my garage in the often humid conditions in eastern NC. So far I seen no issues with the conditions of my firearms.

    I've been using the Browning 3" 7&9 12 gauge shells in my 870 and 11-87 for a couple of years now. I just use a cheap Primos Tightwad choke I got on sale for less than $20. Very effective.

    I would maybe consider putting on a turkey choke and using it for turkey hunting if it threw a good pattern. Is this also offered in 20 gauge?
