The antelope on 21 nearly disappear from public ground after opening day. I would plan to scout on the day before season at last light, then be in that spot on opening day when shooting light comes. You will have lots of competition. Unit 21 looks like it has lots of public land but antelope only inhabit the southwest side of the unit and it gets pounded.
