Blending powders
It’s a muzzleloader, so you pour one powder in, pour the next powder on top of that, firmly seat a bullet on the charge, then shoot it. I don’t see that working as well in a cartridge, even if it was compressed.- winmag

There is some data out there from people experimenting with layered charges in Savage smokeless muzzleloaders. I'd had great luck with single smokeless powders in mine so never played around with it. Input on damaged rifling
That’s crazy that it shoots that well with that large of a flaw. Stuff like that would bother me too, but I’d try to convince myself to leave alone and just shoot it. What’s the plan when it comes back with a new barrel without visible flaws but shoots 1.5” at best instead of 1.5” at worst? -

Another vote for #9.5’s in the 410. It’s the best compromise of pattern density and penetration. 45 yards is a good stake in the ground for #9.5’s. #9’s will kill one at 60 but you’d run out of pattern before then with a 410. #7 TSS is wayyyyy overkill. That won’t work because that method won’t exclude the “-#”. Use the formula =left([cell],11) to chop off the -# from each cell. Do this for both columns. After that the above method of conditional formatting would work. Or you could use something like =countifs([cellrange],[cell]) and it will...- winmag
