    Propane heaters put out a lot of moisture and could cause condensation issues in confined spaces especially if you are bringing wet clothing, boots etc. in with you. Diesel heaters are a dry heat and with dry clothing and gear much faster.

    A recent 2024 book "Nuclear War: A Scenario" by Annie Jacobsen is a good read on the subject. Basically, if it were to go down, it would be over in a handful of minutes with the survival of most people in the Northern hemisphere as highly doubtful.

    We've been using TurboTax Premiere over the past several years. It has modules for rental properties. We have 8 properties currently. Usually purchase thru Costco. The electronic download version run's about $85. Costco will send a link and a key when purchased.
