Splitting points in WY
In 3-4 years you'll be able to draw a few units that are currently taking 11 and there will be a unit or two that currently take 10 that you can't draw. One thing is certain, it'll cost more in 3-4. -

App fee increase bill
Why not just auction off everything on an Ebay Like auction platform. Let actual supply and demand dictate the tag costs. The great tags would be stupid expensive and the garbage tags would be a few hundred bucks.- Neighwp

WY GEN Regions
If the '24 total NR General License number was used in the '23 Draw (there would not have been the three seperate regions obviously). The points required to draw would have been reduced by around 0.5 point and the random draw odds would have gone up about 2% across the board. That doesn't seem... -
