    That's what I figured, but I managed to overthink it and confuse myself. Looks like probably at least one more year of throwing money at Utah before I can maybe get a tag.     Hopefully those were raised in large flight pens before release. Nothing worse for gun dog steadiness than docile balloons that just sit there when the dog breaks from point.
