Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?

What's on the smoker today?
Made the garlic butter sauce meal today. Turned out pretty good. Made the sauce with a little Wondra to tighten it up a bit then stirred in the meat to bring it up to temp. Nice and tender yet! A couple slices of Italian bread to sop up the extra butter would have been great!- Dave N

Yeah, it's kind of tough now being alone. I normally bought the smallest ones I could find and 3 of us would eat very well on them.
