Scythe have that issue on short barrel magnums only or across the board? they both seem very similar, just holding them side by side in store the scythe has the feel of being little lighter...but I'm not sure if that's supported by manufacturers listed weights etc -

6.5 manbun...currently at 22" threaded. My plan is a lightweight, suppressed rifle that could be good for deer, antelope etc and also be an option for my daughters to shoot as they grow into it. Just started them on. 22lr at the range this weekend and we all had a blast. -

OK, so I'm thinking 30cal suppressor... grab and go during the sale so might as well go Ti I have a rifle that's already threaded 1/2-28. Local Scheels has Silencerco Scythe Ti and DeadAir Nomad Ti XC...price is the same. Pros / cons of one vs the other? -

Fairbanks, AK things to do/places to eat?
No hotels in Fairbanks were reasonable by lower 48 standards...tourist and hunting season overlap in Aug and Sep. We actually stayed at these cabins and it was good enough, and IIRC about $100-150/night less than a crappy hotel room in town...and I felt better about having our vehicle right...- crock239

Fairbanks, AK things to do/places to eat?
Hoo Doo Brewery is worth it...they actually make pretty good beer and the vibe is good. There's a Thai place that's just a drive up food truck a little bit outside of town that was good (someone here will know it, i cant recall the name)...OK just checked the map pretty sure it was Spicy Thai...- crock239
