i suffer from migraines a lot, not related to having covid, but i was having multiples in the month 2-3 a week. if you can talk your insurance company into it emgality has worked for me. out of pocket it is some crazy amount $750 per month but they have coupon i use that makes it free for a year. Also it is a large needle. might get you through it.
